It was an opportunity to extend one's own knowledge bank attending various sessions on food, nutrition, latest trends, motivational and inspiring stories from the master chefs; the endless energy emanating from the young budding chefs was highly infectious. The best platform to mingle and connect to the best industry guides, Chefs, Media and industry related vendors as well.

I was happy to have been a part of the Chefs Conference 2019 at Pullman Aerocity, New Delhi.


The confluence of chefs and thinkers from the industry gave an opportunity to all participants to ideate and share valuable insights on each others' perspectives on how the future of a dynamic ecosystem can be shaped adopting sustainable approach in delivery of services. It was also a platform to catch up with old friends and build new connects.

I had a wonderful experience at the 2019 IFCA 8th chefs conference @ Pullman, Delhi. I felt the real power of white jacket in a International Stream. We learn together, work together, motivate together and enjoyed our time together during the 3 days. Proud to be a part of the Indian chefs fraternity.


This was a wonderful experience in my life: a chance to interact with senior chefs in India and from all around the world. I am personally motivated to serve people good food, and am a part of Transfat Free campaign that was launched at the venue. Big thanks to team IFCA for a wonderful opportunity to shaping my professional life as a chef. I look forward to growing further with the help of IFCA.

First of all, thank you so much for organizing such an amazing event. It's a very good initiative for the entire chef community and the new generation chefs. In our busy schedule in hospitality , it's very difficult to connect with every one but such kind of events make this possible.


I would suggest many more things which can help us as a chef like future interventions in terms of culinary, technologies, each others' experiences and of course knowledge sharing amongst all. Wish you all the best for the upcoming ICC 2023, and kudos to the IFCA Team.

I had participated in the International Chef Conference which was held in New Delhi in 2019. I am extremely glad and thankful to Chef Vijayabaskaran for giving me this opportunity to attend this event.

Through this event, I have come to know about our country's foods from different states and regions. Hope soon we will meet at the upcoming events at the 9th International Chef Conference.

IFCA is a well organized and a knowledgeable event where we get to learn a lot of new things and it also connects us to a common platform i.e. CULINARY FIELD. It gives us the chance to meet Legendary Chefs. It builds the positivity regarding the field for prospective students.

The event back in 2019 was amazing and I enjoyed every bit of that event including panel discussion, workshops, knowledge stalls and much more. The food we enjoy there is delectable and satiates the inner Chef within us.

But, what we are going to miss is Chef Soundararajan's presence. He was a Gem of a person, and will always be remembered.

Looking forward for this event to happen in February

ICC 2019 was a good experience and I got to know about all kind of foods. I enjoyed the opportunity to meet up with legend chefs in one place; my biggest takeaway was their experience and culinary knowledge that was shared with all of us.

I hope to see all of you at the 9th event in New Delhi.

This was my first conference, the entire conference was very good organized. The grand opening and speech by various respected chefs was very encouraging and full of guidance.

The panel discussion was very insightful and informatics.

Meeting with other chefs including my old boss was very good in terms ofdiscussing new trends in food industry.

I am very excited to be a part of the conference in this year too.
