Milk 500gr
Water 250gr

European Flour 1000gr
Yeast 15gr

Corn Oil 30gr
Onion 200gr
Garlic 15gr
Carrots 100gr
Thyme 5gr
Chicken 160gr
European Flour 75gr

Magi Chicken Stock 10gr
Magi Vegetable stock 5gr

Steps
Soup Bread Bowls
Place the water, milk, butter, sugar, eggs and the yeast in the-
mixer
Put flour and salt and using the hook attachment switch on a low- speed, using the hook attachment
When the flour incorporates with the liquid, increase the speedand leave for about 5 minutes. Fold the dough in 4 and let it resttill double the size
Divide in portions of 100gr and shape
Grease the rings with butter and dust with polenta flour.
Place the dough into rings and let it rest for 20 minutes
Bake it at 220C, with 14 seconds of initial steam, for about 15minutes.
Take the bun scope from the top take out all the sponge.
Apply butter inside and toast in the oven for 3 minutes until golden.
Cream of Chicken Soup
Take the sauce pan add the butter and corn oil
Add the garlic sauté it then add the onion ,carrots
Once it get brown add the Chicken cook a bit
Add the flour mix well then add the magi stocks
Add the water and boil it
Add the cream boil well
Add the black pepper and blend it in the robot coupe
Put it in Blast chiller before store
